I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help and advice regarding our Stonewall "Different Families, Same Love" work.  The assembly ideas were great, the children loved them. We have done all the staff training, had a week focusing on the activities with the children, have got the books and had a parent's drop in.  I have also trained all governors and applied for a Stonewall bronze award.

 

I can't thank you enough for all your help and support, the children were brilliant and it is nice to think that in the mad sat's world we work in, that we may just be making a difference with this work.

Thanks Rob for a fantastic CPD opportunity. I have come back "raving about this course" to my colleagues and I am looking forward to training staff up.   Can't wait for the pack of goodies too.  Looking forward to sorting out my action plan and the Executive Head is completely on side to work up to Bronze level and beyond. I am already looking at gender neutral toilet locations too! The whole way back on the train, I read through the whole book. - Teacher

 

Yesterday was fantastic. Not only did I feel like I learnt an awful lot, I came away with an understanding that I did not have before.  I went back to school 'buzzing' , with a list as long as my arm of things we can do! So much so that even after a late parents evening, I sat down with my laptop last night and started to move forward with my ideas! - Teacher

 

Just to say thank you for the resources and for a fantastic day of training yesterday. I will admit that on arrival I didn't think it was a priority for our school at the minute but I am now fired up to launch and can really see the value to all of our pupils and staff :)

Thank you for last week and for the resources.  It was great to meet you and hear about your totally inclusive school.  My passion is for inclusivity and it was wonderful to hear someone of similar mind-set talking so positively about changing young people’s minds for the good of everyone.
