Growth Mindset

Is intelligence set in stone or can it be improved? Growth Mindset is built on the work of researchers such as Carol Dweck who believe success is based on a combination of both talent and mindset, and that mindset in particular is very malleable. Changing staff and children's mindset can have a huge impact on attainment and progress and is integral to the outstanding results Rob's own school achieve.
