Mental Health First Aid

Become a Youth Mental Health First Aider. Youth Mental Health First Aid is a two day intensive course for everyone who works or lives with young people aged between 8-18. You can learn how to support young people's mental health, provide help in an emergency and guide them towards the appropriate support. Just as with physical First Aid, we recommend that any organisation working with young people have at least one, and preferably a group of staff that are qualified Mental Health First Aiders

Mental Health Aware

This three hour official MHFA England course gives participants an understanding of the Mental Health issues facing young people, their causes and support that can be given. We recommend that anyone working with young people attends this course. Can be delivered as an INSET for schools.

As an approved MHFA England Instructor Member Rob can deliver Youth MHFA training courses in your community or place of work. If you're interested in learning how to support the young people you work with, contact us to find out more or book a course:
