During his sixteen years of Headship Rob has gained an excellent reputation for developing and supporting senior leaders in his own and other schools. Many of Rob's own staff have gone on to senior leadership positions, he has mentored new and interim headteachers and acted as consultant to experienced heads. Services include, but are not limited to;

• Assessment solutions

• Learning reviews including learning walks, lesson observations and book and planning scrutiny
